TURCHI headquarters runs on CET (Central European Time), but our customers work from Romania to Australia. For requests outside European hours, email or WhatsApp anytime — we will reply as soon as we reopen.

Outside office hours you can leave a voicemail or message us on WhatsApp. We will get back to you first thing when we reopen.
No, we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. All TURCHI departments are open Monday to Friday, 08:00 — 12:30 and 13:30 — 17:00.
Our typical response time is about 15 minutes during business hours. Emails sent at the weekend or outside hours are handled first when we reopen (Monday morning or the next business day).
We reply in Italian, English, German, Romanian, French, Spanish, and Polish. For customers in other time zones, email and WhatsApp are handled when we reopen.
