STONEX Semi-Automatic GPS
Integrated GNSS system that automatically guides the pile driver to the exact project coordinates. Reduces positioning time and eliminates alignment errors on solar plants and road construction sites.
Automatic Verticality
System with inclinometer and automatic hydraulic correction that keeps the column perfectly vertical during driving. Compensates for slope and terrain irregularities in real time.
Lateral Rotary Head — 1 Motor
Rotary head mounted in a lateral position relative to the hydraulic hammer, driven by 1 hydraulic motor. Allows mounting augers (up to Ø 200 mm) or DTH down-the-hole tools to perform drilling, pre-drilling or anchoring in an offset position relative to the machine axis. Ideal when drilling next to existing structures or in staggered layouts.
Central Rotary Head — 2 Motors
Rotary head mounted in a central (on-axis) position relative to the hydraulic hammer, driven by 2 independent hydraulic motors. Allows mounting augers (up to Ø 500 mm) or DTH down-the-hole tools with doubled torque. The central position ensures maximum stability and precision during drilling, ideal for very hard soils or large diameters.
Hydraulic Core Drill — 4 Holes (TRI/4)
Hydraulic four-hole drill with adjustable template for precision pre-drilling. Powered directly by the pile driver's hydraulic system.
Hydraulic Core Drill — Single Hole
Single-hole version of the TURCHI hydraulic core drill. Designed for applications requiring maximum precision on a single point — ideal for spot foundations, anchors, and work on existing structures where multiple positioning is not needed.
DTH 3" — Down-The-Hole Hammer
3-inch pneumatic down-the-hole hammer for small diameter drilling in rock and hard materials. Ideal for pilot holes in rocky terrain, anchors, and pre-drilling where standard diameters are not required.
DTH 4" — Down-The-Hole Hammer
4-inch pneumatic down-the-hole hammer — the best-selling of the DTH range. With 6 available bits from 110 to 152 mm, it covers most rock applications: solar on rocky terrain, guardrails on asphalt/concrete, foundations on hard layers.
DTH 5" — Down-The-Hole Hammer
5-inch pneumatic down-the-hole hammer for medium-large diameter drilling in hard rock. More energy per blow than the 4", essential for deeper holes and extremely compact soils — granite, basalt, reinforced concrete.
DTH 6" — Down-The-Hole Hammer
The most powerful DTH hammer in the TURCHI range. 6-inch diameter for maximum drilling energy, with bits up to 220 mm. Designed for the most challenging rock formations and large diameter holes where no other DTH is sufficient.
Augers
Complete range of hydraulic augers for direct drilling. From Ø 80 mm for pilot holes to Ø 400 mm for micropiles and foundations. Direct mounting on the machine, powered by the hydraulic circuit — no external equipment required.
Tracked Pile Carrier Cart
Self-propelled tracked platform with walk-behind remote control for transporting piles from storage to the driving point. The only accessory of its kind on the market.
Mechanical Pile Extractor
The TURCHI mechanical pile extractor is a hydraulic accessory mounted on the pile driver's mast that allows recovery of driven piles — photovoltaic C/H/Ω/Sigma profiles, guardrail posts, tubular piles — without damaging the pile or the machine. It operates via direct vertical traction on the pile: the clamp grips the pile head, the machine's hydraulic circuit generates the extraction force, and the pile is removed in seconds. Essential tool for solar sites (staking error correction, end-of-life decommissioning), guardrail maintenance and dismantling of existing installations.
Dual-Speed Tracks
Track system upgrade with dual speed. High speed for transfers between driving points, low speed for precision positioning. Drastically reduces downtime on large sites.
Track Remote Control
Wireless remote dedicated to machine travel. Allows moving the pile driver on tracks from a remote position — ideal for positioning in tight spaces, manoeuvres near obstacles.
Full-Function Remote Control
Complete radio control system for ALL machine functions: driving, track travel, auxiliary functions, column — every operation wirelessly controllable.
Remote Monitoring
Remote monitoring system via app that transmits real-time engine diagnostics, oil temperature, working hours, and maintenance alerts.
Laser Receiver
Laser receiver mounted on the pile driver column that detects the reference laser beam to ensure correct driving depth on every pile. Eliminates manual measurement and ensures uniformity across hundreds of consecutive piles.
Laser Level
Self-levelling laser that projects a visible horizontal reference plane across the entire site. Used with the laser receiver to ensure all piles are driven to the same elevation.
Pipe Laser
Line alignment laser that projects a visible straight beam to ensure piles are positioned in perfect alignment. Essential for road guardrails (EN 1317), fences, and any installation where linearity is a requirement.
Crash Test — Compression Load Test (5,000 kg)
Static compression load test device up to 5,000 kg, directly mountable on the machine. Applies an increasing vertical load on the pile to verify bearing capacity according to standards.
Pull Out Test — Extraction Test (5,000 kg)
Extraction test device up to 5,000 kg. Applies an increasing vertical pull force on the driven pile to verify pull-out resistance according to standards.
Push Test — Lateral Load Test (9,000 kg)
Lateral load test device up to 9,000 kg. Applies an increasing horizontal force on the pile to verify lateral resistance — critical for road guardrails where the pile must absorb vehicle impact.
Complete Test Kit — Crush + Pull + Push
Complete kit including all three test devices: compression (5,000 kg), extraction (5,000 kg), and lateral push (9,000 kg). The all-in-one solution for those who want the ability to certify any type of installation.
Complete Test Kit + Kinetic Indicator 4.0
The complete test kit (Crush + Pull + Push) enhanced with the Industry 4.0 compliant digital kinetic indicator. Monitors driving energy, frequency, soil response in real time and records all data digitally for automatic reporting.
Column Extensions
Steel column extensions available in 4 heights to adapt the pile driver to any pile length.
Rod Extension L.1000 for Ø 200
1,000 mm extension dedicated to the 200 mm diameter auger. Increases reachable drilling depth without replacing the tool.
Rod Extension L.1000
Universal 1,000 mm extension to extend auger operating depth. Compatible with various diameters.
Custom Templates
Set of templates (adapters) for every standard pile profile used on site. Quick change without special tools.
3-Position Rotating Platform
3-position rotating platform designed for the 160-CA truck-mounted version. Doubled productivity on guardrail sites.
Hammer Upgrade
Compatible upgrade kit to switch to a higher-energy hammer. Adapts driving force to actual soil conditions without changing the machine.
Screw-Driving Kit
Transforms the TURCHI BACCO into a screw driver for screw piles. Complete kit that adds screwing capability to the standard driving function.
Additional Tips
