More piles, less time, one operator. The hydraulic pile driver that pays for itself from the first jobsite.
Practical guide
A pile driver is the equipment used to drive posts into the ground with a hydraulic hammer. Self-propelled means it moves around the jobsite on its own — no excavator, no crane. One operator drives it, positions it and drives the piles from the cab.
Manual or percussion pile driver
Cheap, slow, multiple operators required. Only suitable for small fencing or garden work. Cannot keep up with industrial jobsite pace.
Excavator-mounted pile driver
Attaches to an existing excavator arm. Lower upfront cost but ties up the excavator for the full shift and depends on the operator's skill. Variable precision.
Self-propelled hydraulic pile driver (TURCHI)
Dedicated, tracked, autonomous machine. One operator, up to 150 piles a day, millimetric precision. Pays for itself from the first medium-to-large jobsite.
The TURCHI self-propelled pile driver is the standard choice when your project requires:
If your project fits one of these profiles, the TURCHI 300F pile driver is the fastest, most profitable solution on the European market.

Purchase or rental with operator? The right question isn't the daily cost — it's how many MW you install per year. Here's how to think about break-even in megawatts — without brochure numbers, because cost per MW depends on your ground and your piles.

Regular servicing like any machine (oils, filters, grease), plus a wear kit to keep in stock. Those working hard on tough ground spend about €7,000 a year on consumable parts. Here's what counts as routine maintenance and what's in the TURCHI 300F spare-parts kit.
Whether you have a 1 MW solar project or 200 km of guardrails to install, we start from there. Our engineer will get back to you within 15 minutes with the best configuration.
Fill it in 30 seconds. We'll get back to you.
