CARRETTO PORTAPALI
The TURCHI CARRETTO PORTAPALI carries 2,000 kg of piles straight to the pile driver, with no manual handling. The site keeps working while the load arrives.
On large sites the bottleneck is not always the driving. It is often the distance between the pile stockpile and the point where the machine is working. Carrying every pile by hand or with a dedicated vehicle breaks the rhythm and ties up people who could be doing another task.

The TURCHI 300F is the first choice to assess for photovoltaic and agricultural work; the 260F for roadworks and restricted access. Both can work across these sectors: pile height and ground conditions determine the configuration. The Carretto Portapali carries piles but does not drive them; it makes sense when pile handling slows down the pile driver.
The model, mast height, hammer energy and options are chosen according to pile height and site conditions. Pile profiles are handled with dedicated guides: the pile's technical drawing is used to prepare them, but the profile alone does not require another model. For difficult ground, we also check the pre-drilling equipment.
No. The 150 piles per day quoted as an average for the 300F and 260F are not a guarantee: long piles, difficult ground and handling can reduce the pace, while 200-300 are possible under optimal conditions. Before comparing output, we check pile height, site access and team organisation.
Yes: the TURCHI 160 also exists truck-mounted, with 2.65 m of working height. It is the choice for mobile sites, where the machine moves along the line and does not return to the depot at every change of site.
Yes. Every TURCHI pile driver is run by a single operator who stays on board: the hydraulic hammer drives the pile and the tilt compensation keeps the mast plumb even on sloping ground.
