TURCHI · Pile driver accessories
The TURCHI rubber-tracked pile cart — a self-propelled transporter that carries up to 2,000 kg of piles straight to the pile driver. Diesel engine, walk-behind remote, one operator. The perfect partner for every TURCHI machine.

Remote control, no manual lifting
The TURCHI pile driver sets piles — but who brings them to the machine? On large solar, guardrail or vineyard jobs the bottleneck is logistics, not driving. The cart removes that bottleneck.
With 2,000 kg on rubber tracks and a 17.1 kW diesel engine, it moves autonomously on mud, grass, gravel and slopes, delivering dozens of piles to the driver. The operator walks alongside with the remote — no heavy lifting.
The result? The pile driver never waits for material. No idle time, no manual carry, no lifting injuries. Site productivity often rises 30–40% once the bottleneck disappears.
An efficient site is not only piles driven — it is piles arriving at the machine without interruption.

On solar jobs with hundreds or thousands of piles, manual carry is the real bottleneck. The cart brings up to 2,000 kg of steel piles to the 300F or 260F so driving never stops. On rough, sandy or sloping ground, rubber tracks go where a forklift cannot.
Four steps to remove manual pile carrying from the site.
Load piles at the stockpile. Up to 2,000 kg — dozens of piles per trip.
Use the remote and walk alongside. 3.3 km/h — tracks cross almost any ground.
Place piles right next to the TURCHI driver. No idle time, driving never stops.
Return to stock and reload. The driver keeps working while the cart shuttles.
No special licence. No complex training. Walk-behind with remote — intuitive from day one.

Purchase or rental with operator? The right question isn't the daily cost — it's how many MW you install per year. Here's how to think about break-even in megawatts — without brochure numbers, because cost per MW depends on your ground and your piles.

Regular servicing like any machine (oils, filters, grease), plus a wear kit to keep in stock. Those working hard on tough ground spend about €7,000 a year on consumable parts. Here's what counts as routine maintenance and what's in the TURCHI 300F spare-parts kit.
